Mee Sup Utara

Meehoon (satu peket)
* rendam 1/2 jam dalam air yang dicampur dengan serbuk kunyit. Tos dan celur dengan air panas hingga lembut. Kalau nak mee atau kueteow, celur je ya.

Bahan Sup:
1) Tulang lembu, daging berlemak sikit (2) sup bunjut
3) halia dalam sebesar ibu jari (dititik)
4) garam secukup rasa
Cara - daging tak perlu potong kecik2. rebus 2 jam sampai daging lembut. Masukkan halia, garam.

Bahan hiasan:
1) Hirisan daging dari daging yang direbus untuk buat sup.
2) daun bawang, daun sup
3) bawang goreng
4) lobak asin

Pilihan sambal:
1) sambal kicap (cili padi blend sekali dengan kicap dan sedikit cuka)
2) sambal cili (Serbuk cili dicampur air dan dimasak guna api perlahan sampai pekat)
